The room isca. 12m² gross und mit schönem Parkett ausgestattet. Dein Zimmer wurde letzten Herbst wie die gesamte Wohnung frisch renoviert, und dein Fenster zeigt nach Westen, sodass am Abend die Sonne hereinscheint. Es gibt klappbare Fensterläden von aussen. Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert, und es könnte sein, dass es ab November unbefristet übernommen werden kann.

Das Zimmer wird ergänzt um ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zum Innenhof. Ausserdem teilen wir noch eine kleine Küche und ein Fensterbad mit Badewanne. Mein Vorschlag ist, eine Reinigungskraft anzustellen, und die Kosten hierfür sind, ebenso wie die 10Gbit/s Internetverbindung und alle weiteren Nebenkosten, bereits in der Miete enthalten.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Altbaus, in dem überwiegend Studierende und junge Leute, die seit weniger als 5 Jahren arbeiten, wohnen. Wir kommen wunderbar miteinander aus und veranstalten gelegentlich Kochabende oder spielen Switch zusammen.

Zur Wohnung gehören ausserdem eine geteilte Waschmaschine im Keller, Veloplätze sowie ein Keller- und Dachbodenabteil, es ist also reichlich Stauraum vorhanden.


Your room is approx. 12m² in size and has beautiful parquet flooring. Like the entire apartment, your room was freshly renovated last fall. Your window faces west, so the sun shines in in the evening. There are folding shutters from the outside. The room is unfurnished, and it may be possible to take over the room for an indefinite period from November.

The room is complemented by a spacious living room with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. We also share a small kitchen and a windowed bathroom with a bathtub. My suggestion is to hire a cleaner, and the cost of this is already included in the rent, as is the 10Gbit/s internet connection and all other ancillary costs.

Our apartment is on the second floor of an old building, where mainly students and young people who have been working for less than 5 years live. We get along wonderfully and occasionally organize cooking evenings or play Switch together.

The apartment also has a shared washing machine in the basement, bicycle parking spaces and a cellar and attic compartment, so there is plenty of storage space available.
