as I'm finishing my study soon, I would like to find a successor to takeover my room from 01.July on. It is a room owned by Apartis, so you should still be a student to be qualified to takeover the room. Female and male are both welcome to move in.
I will have preference over those who is also willing to takeover my desk, chair, mattress and bed heater (as shown in the attached photos) for FREE upon moving in. P.S. I used the bed heater with a sheet cover on top of it, so it's leterally new.
