Das Zimmer istClosely located to Irchel campus and excellent connectivity through tramlines 7 and 9. The room is more than 20 square meter and includes a double bed, night table, open shelve wardrobe and a table. The large windows provide a large influx of natural light and a view on a calm, green neighbourhood. The apartment features a cozy bathroom, but more importantly, also a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric furnace, and a large fridge + freezer. Furthermore, we have our own washingmachine and tumbler, so you don't have to share those with the remainder of the building!

You will be sharing the apartment with two people: a PhD student and someone working full time, so we appreciate quietness during the nightly hours. We are not a party WG, but we love to cook and will gladly have a chat. More importantly, we value a harmonous atmosphere and are quite tolerant on having friends and family over! Between us, we have a great variety of hobbies (i.e. gym, programming, fencing), so there is always something to talk about.

The room can be taken over as soon as 21th of April, and at the latest the 1st of May.
