Das Zimmer istHi! We're looking for a new roommate for our centrally located flat, 5 mins away from the main train station HB by foot and few minutes away from the historical center by tram. The flat is absolutely lovely to live in, being modern and beautifully equipped.

This stunning 110 m2 flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bathtub and 1 shower), 2 toilets, a cellar, bike storage, modern kitchen fully furnished, all of it in great condition. You'll also find a cozy living room adorned with a TV and comfortable sofa, just waiting for you to relax!

The current flatmates, both in their late 20s and working professionals, are very friendly and welcoming people. As for you, we're not looking for anything very specific. We're excited to meet you as potential flatmate and see if we click during the viewing!

The rent is 1105 CHF without charges. The charges amount around 100 CHF/month, including internet, electricity, heating and water. Additionally, a cleaning service tidies up the common areas and bedrooms twice a month for your convenience. The amount of the deposit is a classic 3 months of rent.

The offered bedroom is bright and spacious, including two interconnected rooms with two personal sinks and two large windows. Some furniture will be sold by the previous flatmate; prices will be discussed together.
