Das Zimmer ist“Purple room” is 14 square meters and fully furnished (bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk). Apartment is on 3rd floor with Elevator. The apartment has 1 shared living room. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and comes fully equipped. There is a bike space in the cellar.

Rental price is 950.- CHF/month. Rental price includes water consumption, fiber optic Internet (10 Gb/s), and heating costs. Electricity is also included up to a max of 100 CHF/month. Rental price does not include the TV tax, city tax if required (taxe de sejour), and other living costs that are not explicitly mentioned. Finally, liability and fire insurance are also included. Two month security deposit is required.

The room is available for a year starting 1.7.2024 until 31.7.2025.

The apartment is conveniently located in Malley. Migros at 5 minutes walk. Bus stops are 2 minutes walk, directly connect to Lausanne-Flon. SBB station Prilly-Malley 5 minutes walk, line M1 at 5 minutes walk connects directly with EPFL, UNIL and with the Flon.
