The room isIt's a 3.5 room flat, not very big but well laid out, with a balcony. The 2 bedrooms are located in the courtyard side of the flat. The flat is super well located, near Kalkbreite, supermarket is only 5min walk. You can find nice bars and restaurants in the area but the neighborhood remains very quiet. The room that I'm subrenting is not big but furnished with a bed and a hanging rail. This room is ideal for a person who doesn't need too much space and who's looking for something temporarily.
