Das Zimmer istWe will rent out the whole apartment with 4 rooms, balcony and kitchen in the 12th floor of Boulevard de Pérolles 93. So far we used it as 3 private rooms (10.5, 14 and 16m^2) and a huge living room (around 25m^2) but it can be separated as you want. The total rent cost of the apartment is 1765 with some additional cost for heat and electricity
The apartment is located directly at the bus station Charmettes where 10 different buses go by and it's very close to Denner supermarket. The Pérolles university is directly in front of the apartment and the Regina Mundi University is very close as well. By Bus you can reach whatever destination very quickly however and by foot it won't take too long either, as Fribourg is a very small city. There's a lot of nice promenades just around the corner as well.
There's a very beautiful roof terrace on the top of the building with an amazing view over whole Fribourg which makes every sunset a highlight. There's one room with a balcony (the one with 14m^2) which can be shared as we did it.
The living room has a lot of furniture that is given onward to next renters. This includes a big couch, table with chairs, tv and more. The kitchen is very well equiped as well with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes and cutlery, pans and pots etc. There's a vacuum cleaner and a lot of storage space within the apartment as well as in the basement.
The furniture in the private rooms can be discussed about.
