Das Zimmer istShared Penthouse with 360° Zurich View from private rooftop terrace

We're on the hunt for a new flatmate to join our friendly and spacious shared flat of 3. Max (25,m german-australian) works in finance and Michal (30,m) from poland is in the IT sector. As Jannik prepares to move out for work reasons, we're looking for a young professional (20-30 yo) to fill his shoes and become part of the WG.

The Flat:
Situated in the vibrant District 4, our flat is very centrally located right next to Bäckeranlage Park and mere steps from the lively Langstrasse. Essential amenities including Migros, Coop, and Denner are conveniently located within short walking distance for all your daily needs. The flat offers three bathrooms (shower + large bathtub), complete with a washing machine and dryer in the main bathroom. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, which includes two fridges and a large dishwasher. To keep you comfortable during the summer, the flat is even outfitted with industrial-grade air conditioning.

For home-office days, the second floor is furnished with two desks, and for leisure, a 4K TV paired with a PS5 awaits to help you unwind. The highlight of our flat is the amazing rooftop terrace which has a 360-degree panoramic view of Zurich, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation or entertaining friends.

Available Room:
You have the opportunity to take over the largest room in the flat (21m^2). It comes with a 140x200cm bed, a large wardrobe and an optional height-adjustable desk and bedside table.

Room furniture:

140x200cm bed and large wardrobe (500 CHF)
optional: height adjustable desk (800) + bedside table (100). Both in new condition and receipts available.

Conditions:
Room rent: 1800 CHF + ~20 CHF electricity
- Flat deposit: 5K or Mietkautionsversicherung for 20 CHF p.m.
- Flat furniture deposit (fridge, TV, sofa's, etc.): 1000 CHF
- Optional parking spot is available for 180 CHF per month
- You can become the shared main tenant with Max or have a sublet contract
- The main contract is until 12.2025 due to a change in ownership.
