Ich suche I’m looking for a room in Zurich city, preferably starting in August 2025, but could rent from earlier if needed, ideally for the long term. I’d love to join a friendly and relaxed WG where people enjoy each other's company but also have their own routines. Occasional shared meals, spontaneous beer evenings, or weekend hikes would be a big plus.

My maximum budget is CHF 700/month, including utilities. I’m open to mixed or all-male flats, international or local. What matters most to me is respectful communication, a clean and cozy home, and people who value both togetherness and independence.

Ich bin My name is Santiago Sangro, I’m 22 years old and moving to Zurich in August 2025 to begin my Master’s in Quantum Engineering at ETH. I’m originally from Spain and have spent the last four years studying in the Netherlands, where I lived in international shared flats — so I’m very used to flat-sharing and enjoy a balance between community and personal space.

I’m calm, friendly, respectful, and VERY tidy. I enjoy spending time in shared spaces for a chat or a coffee, but I also respect when housemates need their quiet time. In my free time, I like hiking, playing tennis, watching movies, or going out to explore the city. I’m always up for trying new activities and spontaneous adventures, whether that’s a late-night walk or a weird new class.

I speak fluent English and Spanish, and although I don’t speak German yet, I’m motivated to learn and integrate as best I can!
