The room isFully furnished - only bed (bed frame and mattress) needs to be taken over for 50 chf

Living room, bathroom, kitchen are shared spaces that offer lots of storage

Important:
The room had mold issues beginning of the year that got taken care of in February, so regular air ventilation is important (opening the windows everyday for like 10 minutes multiple times a day) and no drying of clothes in the room.
On the 8th of May we had a craftsman sealing a crack on the wall behind the heater in my room. This crack let moisture in and caused mold on the wall of the heater. This mold got removed and taken care of.
