The room is (9 m2), bright, has direct access to the balcony and the garden in the courtyard and comes with the use of a private bathroom and of an additional closet in the hallway. It's already furnished and by agreement all what is visible in the pictures can be (preferably) taken over, included a new bad with mattress, closet, desk and bookshelf. The keyboard is not included, sorry. No deposit needed.

We are both Italians, and we like to maintain a lively flat life. We like to cook fine Italian food, eat together and also spend time together in the cosy living room or in the garden. However, we respect privacy and the need to retreat. We would describe us as open-minded, enterprising and broadly interested people.
