Hallo zäme, wir reisen um die Welt und vermieten die ganze Wohnung. Die eigentliche Miete beträgt 1952 CHF. Praktisch für ein Paar, drei poly-Leute oder zwei Singles... ;) Aus diesem Grund seht ihr das Inserat evtl. auch einzeln.
Die Wohnung hat 3,5 Zimmer mit einem Hauptschlafzimmer, einem Gästezimmer/Arbeitszimmer und einem großen Wohnzimmer. Es gibt eine kleine Küche, ein Badezimmer und einen geräumigen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Das Gästezimmer kann als Homeoffice-Zimmer genutzt werden (so nutzen wir es auch). Es gibt bequeme Stühle, ausreichend Licht und viele Bücher :)
Ideal für Vegetarier/Veganer, aber kein Muss.
Inbegriffen:
-W-lan
-Kaffeezubehör (Espresso, French Press, Mokka, Türkisch)
-Gemeinsame Waschmaschine im Keller.
Die Daten sind für +/- einige Tage flexibel. Optionen für einen längeren Aufenthalt (nach August 2026) können besprochen werden.

Hi, we are travelling the world and are subletting the whole apartment. The actual rent is 1952 CHF. Practical for either a couple, a polyamorous couple of 3, or two single people... ;) For that reason, you might see the offer as well for each room separately.
The apartment is 3.5 rooms with a master bedroom, a guest bedroom/working room, and a big living room. There is a small kitchen and bathroom and a roomy balcony with seating. It's a NON-smoking apartment, and no pets are allowed.
The guest room can be used as a work-from-home room (which is how we use it). Comfortable chairs are there, enough light and a library around.
Ideally for vegetarian/vegan people, but not a must.
Included:
-Wifi
-Coffee Equipment (Espresso, French press, Mokka, Turkish)
-Common Building Washing Machine.
Dates are flexible for +/- a few days. Options of staying longer (after august) can be discussed.

Mein Partner und ich gehen auf Weltreise und suchen für diese Zeit zwei nette Mitbewohner*innen oder ein sympathisches Paar, das unsere schöne Wohnung mit Leben füllt.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, komplett eingerichtet und ideal zum Wohlfühlen – weit genug von der Stadt entfernt, um nah an der Natur zu sein und nah genug, um gute ÖV-Verbindungen zu haben! (5min bis zum Wald und 12min bis an den See bzw. Chinawiese:))

My partner and I are going on a trip around the world and are looking for two friendly roommates or a friendly couple to liven up our beautiful apartment during that time.
The apartment is cozy, fully furnished, and ideal for a comfortable stay – far enough from the city to be close to nature and close enough to have good public transport connections! (5 minutes to the forest and 12 minutes to the Chinawiese at the lake :))

Ich bin Heilpädagogin, Tänzerin, Aktivistin. Ich setze mich in der Schule und privat gegen Rassismus und Sexismus ein und für ein freies Palästina. Mahmoud ist Business Consultant, arbeitet remote und spielt gerne Gemeinschaftsspiele.
Wir leben vegetarisch, poly, lieben Volleyball und sprechen zusammen sechs Sprachen (Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch, Kroatisch, Arabisch und Hindi).
Wichtiger Hinweis: Ein Freund von uns studiert Medizin und benötigt das kleine Zimmer in der Wohnung im November 2026 für ein Praktikum im Spital Zollikon. Wir benötigen das Zimmer dann, und die Gesamtmiete reduziert sich auf CHF 1500. Deshalb meinten wir auch, es wäre idealer für ein Paar...

I'm a special educationist, dancer, and activist. I'm committed to fighting racism and sexism at school and in my private life, and to a free Palestine. Mahmoud is a business consultant, works remotely, and enjoys playing group games.
We're vegetarian, poly, love volleyball, and speak six languages together (German, English, Spanish, Croatian, Arabic, and Hindi).
Important Note: We have a friend studying medicin, that needs the small room in the apartment during November 2026 for an internship at Zollikon Spital. We will need the small room available during that time, and the total rent will be reduced to CHF 1,500. That's why we wrote, it would be ideal for a couple... but maybe we can manage;)
