Das Zimmer ist
I am looking for an open-minded, sociable person who enjoys good conversation, good food and maybe some games.


The building and the neighborhood is safe and perfectly located. My apartment is equipped with practically all requirement to live comfortably.

It's a 2 bedroom apartment and i have a room free for rent.

The room for rent is furnished with:

:-The size is 18m², on 2nd floor
:- Double bed
:- closet
:- Working table and chair

The price is for the room for rent and the whole apartment to be shared with me, I'll be your flatmate :)

Living area is furnished with comfortable sofa and TV. We share this room as the common room, We can watch movies or chats sometimes.

The apartment is easily accessible to public transport, Stores, restaurants, bar and gym are just around.
