La chambre estEs sind zwei helle Zimmer. Das grössere, mit ca 15qm, zur Strasse hin, das kleinere, ca 10qm, zu einem kleinen Park.
Wie auf dem dritten Foto ersichtlich haben wir auch eine sehr sonnige Dachterrasse auf dem Nebengebäude, mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Grill, und auch einigen Pflanzen (darf gerne weiter bepflanzt werden). Die Terrasse teilen wir mit unseren Nachbarn, mit welchen wir ein gutes Verhältnis haben.
Leider haben wir kein Wohnzimmer, und auch keinen Stauraum in Form eines Estrichs/Kellers.
Wir haben natürlich auch eine moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Siebträger Espressomaschine, und ein etwas kleines Bad mit Badewanne. Die Waschküche im Keller kann immer unkompliziert und ohne Waschplan genutzt werden.
Mit Bus Nr. 33 und Tram 9 und 10 sind wir ÖV-technisch gut angeschlossen, Tram 7 und 15 sind zu Fuss nur 5min entfernt.
Zum Mietpreis kommen noch die üblichen Nebenkosten dazu.

There are two bright rooms. The larger one, about 15 sqm, faces the street; the smaller one, about 10 sqm, faces a small park.
As you can see in the third photo, we also have a very sunny rooftop terrace on the neighboring building, with seating, a grill, and some plants (you are welcome to add more). We share the terrace with our neighbors.
Unfortunately, we do not have a living room or any storage space in the form of an attic or basement.
Of course, we also have a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and an espresso machien, and a somewhat small bathroom. The laundry machine in the basement is nearly always available and we don't have a rota.
Bus line Nr. 33 and Trams 9 and 10 leave just nearby, and 7 and 15 a few minutes walk away.
On top of the rent the usual extra cost will have to be added.
