A room in my shared apartment will soon become available. I am looking for a new flatmate (student, intern or young professional) to join me in this cozy 3-room apartment in Altstetten, close to the Letzipark shopping center.

Room and Apartment

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and PC monitors. (It can also be rented unfurnished at a lower rent.)
You will share the apartment with one other person only.
WiFi, TV, cleaning service, and all utilities are included in the total rent.
The apartment includes:
Spacious living room with a large table for shared dinners
Sofa and large TV for relaxing evenings
Fully equipped kitchen
Clean bathroom
Access to a shared garden with a stone grill for outdoor meals
Free laundry room with dryer in the building
Living here feels like being in a house with a garden, right in the middle of Zurich. This is truly unique.
