Das Zimmer istThe room is 14m2, under the roof.
Fourth floor, this is an apartment of four. Chris is the owner and lives with us. We are looking for a replacement for myself.
The apartment has two wet rooms, there is a washing machine in the flat. The kitchen is in order with all common accommodations (furnace, heating plates, sink, fridge, ...) with a second fridge and a dishwasher.
The room has access to a potent terrace.
The room is furnished with a desk, a cabinet, a desk chair, two low cupboards and a large cupboard for clothes, a bed with a mattress, a duvet and a pillow.
I will also separate myself from my bike that I cannot take with me. There is room for it next to the main entrance.
The place is very calm and hidden within the trees.
