De kamer isThe room isThe room is 20m2 and costs 500 CHF per month including utilities. The flatshare is for 3 people so you would be our 3rd roommate :) Our flat is on the top most floor of an old but beautiful building, with great neighbors and a lot of open space. In the cellar/basement, we have a washing machine, dryer and storage space. On the ground floor, you can find a nice garden+courtyard and a bike shed. The living room is probably the best feature of the flat, as it spacious, comfy, and perfectly equipped for particularly nice for cozy get-togethers. We also have a separate kitchen (no dishwasher).

please note: you will be subletting my room from me until the end of the year but after that, you have the option of taking up the lease for the flat and becoming the main tenant. For this of course, you have to show that you can afford it but please let me know in your application if you would be interested in taking over the lease as we would then prioritize you in this case. In addition, the rent will also drop from next year (with the room costing just 450CHF per month, including everything!!).

We are looking for an open-minded flatmate who is between 25-30 years old who would like to fill this house with some life. We are looking for people who have some experience with living in a shared flat (clean, responsible, can tidy up after themselves) and who would enjoy spending time together occasionally.
And as mentioned earlier, you will be subletting my room from me until the end of the year but after that, you have the option of taking up the lease for the flat and becoming the main tenant. So we would prefer candidates who would be willing to take over the lease for the flat and become main tenants starting from 1 January 2026.

1. Krystof- is from the Czech Republic. He is a musician studying at the Musik Academie in BaseI. He loves listening to, sharing and talking about music and other kinds of art. He is also quite passionate about food and loves to cook for other people
2. Javi- is from Spain. He is also a musician doing his masters at the Musik Academie in BaseI.
